The middle class people in the society that work around what the system sets out for them. Also they are identified as the living above the median poverty line of developing countries. Considerable research defined the ‘middle class’ For instance, middle class people will generally have more opportunity to their child before reaching school age. As the child progresses through school the parents will promote education to their child by encouraging reading, homework and extra-curricular activities. The effort put forth by parents has a bigger impact on their children’s educational achievement than the effort expended by either teachers or the students themselves. The content of parents conversations with kids matters too. While the conversations parents have with their children change as kids grow older

Employment in lower class is very low as most of the jobs they work are unskilled and long hours with lower salary. Example in the south of England has the highest employment than the north west of midland.

Furthermore, low income societies don’t see as much value in education then that of the middle class and high-class parents do to their children. also, they are more likely to go public school and drop out of school early. They are more likely to work long hours, so it is difficult for them to visit schools and they might also see education as of less importance because they might have found their own education had little relevance to their jobs. That’s why some low-income students are less motivated in school and thus they have lower level of achievement Contrary to Middle class people and upper class who highly value education and begin promoting its value to their children at a very young age.

Working class have a poor nutrition habit they consume a lot of fast food and very little healthy eating. therefore, increased risk of developing health issues and diseases such as unhealthy lifestyles, increase stress levels and malnutrition ultimately affecting health in the lower classes. lifestyle choices affect health as it can be seen in the level of obesity and alcohol-related diseases, also they were more likely to smoke than those from higher income as well. Those with Low income have shown to be more associated with a higher prevalence of dementia. They also show an increase in psychiatric comorbidity and a worse baseline of cognitive functioning people with low class they are more likely to die early from heart disease, stroke, diabetes, asthma and cancer (Redline & Williams, 2012)

On the other hand, the lower class mostly has a low income, limited access to education, poor housing or homelessness and high unemployment. These societies are in a variety of areas across the nation most of their houses in a council estate, high-rise apartment buildings, poor housing, reduced green space and unsafe areas. Furthermore, a health of these societies can be low because the house where they lived can be often found near high traffic and industrial area. Physical and mental instable can occur in residents, a possible cause of this would be the neighbours constantly moving in and out of the neighbourhood leading to less social interaction. Residents are also losing their homes because the landlords allow the buildings to go into foreclosure, leaving renters homeless. These factors broaden health inequalities between the classes.

Additionally, the upper class seem to be superior in terms of education as well. They are wealthy, can afford the best education possible for their children and can attend highly ranked universities. They are almost always assured a well-paying secured future because of this.  Their children of friends will also come from the same backgrounds with the same opportunities and privileges all with the same mind set of entitlement. For the Upper-Class schools and university’s form a continuous pathway into future career options. In terms of this they have the highest employment level and they have the highest qualifications in the UK. This can show upper class they have more educational opportunities, greater future, financial security and better job prospects in the societies. For example upper class can get minima salary £100,000 average a year. which clearly shows they have a continuous advantage above the Lower-Class society in relation to education and their level of incomes

The upper class also known as the wealthiest and most privileged group in the UK, have the uppermost status in society, with higher salary and influence in the community. They enjoy high cultural activities .To start with, they are concentrated in the most expensive  location and  this can have an impact on the quality of the house they live. They might have with modern insulators in the building and a green area with enjoyable views. Upper class people have better opportunity for great private and public healthcare because they can get better access without waiting list for NHS as they have opportunity  for private health clinics which offer them an advantage over the rest of the classes and they also they have a lot of opportunity to travel out of the country to get better health care.  There is better chance to combat illness and disease when you have access to this kind of healthcare. People that live in more affluent areas can often avoid unhygienic places usually associated with the lower classes. Due to the upper classes lavish surroundings and more hygienic environments, the spread of illness and disease seems to be very low people live in better environment   this can have a hugely positive impact on their health as they can avoid illness and disease from unhygienic places. However, example if people in  West London  were to get ill, they have access to the best treatment available in their area. Hence, their recovery will be much quicker than an East London resident who may have to wait on a long waiting list to only be seen in a public hospital which may be mediocre at best. Wealthy societies tend to consume a better nutrition such as “whole grains, lean meats, fish low fat dairy products and fresh vegetables” (Drewnowski 2008) This is because they can afford this kind of healthy food over the lower classes.
