1.0 Time Management

Time management is among the TOP 10 skills that employers appreciate in employees the most. I found that first is to understand what I want. This is a fundamental issue not only in work, but also in life. In the second place, it is necessary to make a list of all business, projects, desires, which now I have and classify in which area they will be treated. I have highlighted four areas: Career, self-development, society, and family. In my case, besides duties at university, upgrading my skills, keep fit, read books, magazines, watch movies, and meet with friends and parents. I had a feeling of lack of time. I understood that it is useful to formulate the task, not goals but actions.

1.1 Communications

The purpose of cooperation of any team, whether it is creating a small project or designing a huge factory is effectively working communication and, as a consequence, positive result. What characteristics and skills should specialists have so that they could quickly solve the problems together? Throughout the project, I outlined important skills that will always help.

1.2 Research skills

Nowadays the research skills are necessary, who work with a large flow of information. Therefore, I recognized that it is important to have these people in the team to analyze all that information, to evaluate and structure the incoming data.

1.3 Planning

For successful planning requires certain skills: it is concentration on the main point, building logical chains, the prioritization of flexibility of thinking, working with large volume of information, system vision a holistic picture, etc. If during the day the schedule changes, it will be helpful to have the ability to switch quickly and easily from one topic to another, sometimes unrelated to the previous one. I have improved this skill during teamwork as each person had their own opinion, but team have to stay on the main ideas.

1.4 Decision-making and Problem-solving

All decisions involve the necessity of choice. It is very rarely a simple choice between “right” and “wrong”. More often when making decisions, I have to choose between several possible options when the most important is the question: «what is the most appropriate and rational actions? ». I realized my ability to make decisions and to cope with the problems developed in teamwork, not only from Assignment 1, but also from others projects. Moreover, higher self-esteem, confidence and determination to succeed, the more success I will achieve in the practice of decision-making and problem solving.

1.5 Organization

Every future employee needs to possess organizational skills. They are required to discipline the employee may independently collect all necessary information and data to manage their work or the production process according to the schedule or the established deadlines. According to our team project, it was difficult to discipline each person to do his or her part of work. This situation taught me how to right direct people in a favorable path for all team members.

2.0 Reflective Cycle Model

Cycle model includes description (When and where did this happen?), feeling (what do I feel?), evaluation (positive and negative situation), analysis (What sense can be made of the situation?), conclusion (what was the result?) and action plan (possible actions).

2.1 Description

According to given task, the group involves team of four people. Afterwards, our formed group has written a questionnaire to conduct a survey among students (at least 50). First problem that we faced when and where our group could gather to discuss the task. From personal performance in the team, I am more of a plant, but I incline to be protecting of certain information and not too open to communication (which is an allowed weakness according to Belbin, 1994).

2.2 Feeling

I know that I am not open to sharing information but I did not guess that my team members have noticed it. After gathering, obviously, the designation is a decent element; regardless it may not work on the off chance that one of the individuals does not have any desire to assume liability. Unfortunately, we have faced with it; consequently, instead of that person another member had to take an extra duty. Therefore, productivity of the work was weakened.

2.3 Evaluation

Encountering with this problem, some of fellow students` skills to motivate others members was helpful. We found a compromise, which satisfied others. Every member had own experience and background, and demonstrated his or her strong side, while working together we can learn something new from another person. Hence, such an understanding influenced me to feel extremely awkward as I comprehended that different individuals from the group have emotions as well and want access to the thoughts have I have for the proceeded with development of the group.

2.4 Analysis

From an investigative perspective, it ought to be noticed that my activities are a result of my wants to guarantee that the information provided to my fellow group are right, because I am deeply concerned about passing information that can deliver negative outcomes. I additionally would prefer not to be faulted by team members for their general execution, because of the information I imparted to them (Jelps and Dickson, 2008). 2.6 Action Plan

The need an action plan depends on the understanding that group members take out necessary time to reflect on their activities and impact on the success of the team. Coaching towards individual change will influence the general execution of the individual emphatically and increase the chances of desired positive outcome being effectively achieved. On the ground of such understanding, I will be more open to my gathering part for the course of meeting set destinations and turn out to be more informative and in addition willing to share thoughts together. The survey made by our team helped me to find out and develop my research skills. After categorization the results, I have investigated a research process as a whole, as a result I noticed that survey has a lot of positive sides, which made investigation better, but some negative aspects are unavoidably.

Survey can be possible in paper as well as through social networking, mail and cell phones. Surveys are not difficult to create and difficult to spread. People, who responded the questions, were the students, and our team interested in it, how others manage with their time-management balance between academic and social life.

While answering questions, several respondents confronted with understanding them. Therefore, it could be that survey`s questions can be misunderstood, so results may not be appropriately gotten. Regardless of the way that review is extremely advantageous technique, much time must be spend to direct a decent poll.
