Furthermore, no distinctionshall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or internationalstatus of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it beindependent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation ofsovereignty” The Most ImportantHuman Rights The right to LifeThe right to lifeis the essential right of human which is secured by the law. The generalstatement in Kazakhstani, Russian, Belarus and other constitution states thatit is fundamental right of the human. The right to life by its nature meansthat no person can be intentionally deprived from life. The right to life meansthat the state has the obligation to take all measures to secure the person’slife from any threats and the only the state in its competence has the right toappoint the extreme penalty of the law- the death penalty. The right to EducationThe right toeducation is one of the human rights and has to establish as important right.
All people have right to have education and in this sphere, society should notdiscriminate the people related with his or her religion, race, gender andetcetera. The right to education is one of the most fundamental right but alsohuman right. The right of education helped people to develop their humanpersonality and respect human rights and human freedoms. Education helps peopleto become a man as an individual freedom, change the thinking also it will helpto become a smart. The education must be available, accessible and adaptable. If people to study education, the education must be benefit able and knowledgeable. The human rights education is the deepest foundation of the modern human rightsand the human rights education for all. The right to human rights education iscommonly influences on economic social and cultural rights.
The right to FreedomAs it written in Universal Declaration of HumanRights, the basic principle of freedom, justice and peace in the world isrecognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights ofall members of the human family. In our point of view it should be theimportant part of right, because without a freedom it difficult to live a fulllife. Also, it difficult to express own opinion or thoughts, we can improve ourself and our environment, just when we have a freedom for life. The right to Equality”Maybeequality is a right, but no power on earth will make it a fact” (Balzac). Is the establishment of equality possible? Some people see it as a huge benefitand are sure that it really exists. Others argue that in modern society thedevelopment of equality is impossible.
Equality is thesituation of people in society, ensuring their equal relationship to the meansof production, the same political and civil rights, equality. Whereas, right isthe opportunity to do anything protected by the state and legitimized. Theessence of this statement Balzac is that equality is a right, but a society inwhich everyone is equal cannot exist.People are born unequal:each child has certain innate abilities that distinguish him/her from others.
In addition, the history of known cases of discrimination against people inappearance – the theory of Hitler about the superiority of the Aryan race, theconflict of “black and white” in America, where the Indians still areforbidden to leave their reservations. Thus, equalitycan prevent revolution and social conflict in society, but the desire of peopleto improve their social status, unequal distribution of income and power makeit unrealistic. Right to ownpropertyAmong the mostimportant human rights is right to own property. It is not a secret thathistorically people in USSR did not have right to acquire property. This wasmade for the sake of equality of the people. Everyone lived and worked with thesame level of salary, material wealth and social possibilities.
However, inmodern times it is essential for humans to possess the right of ownership. Weare all humans, and as humans we dream, we aspire to new horizons, we tend todesire and achieve more than we have. Some people achieve their dreams – othersdo not. Right of ownership serves as a tool for those who achieve more in hislife than other people. For example, a man has a hypothetical possibility to owna big business and so he makes all the efforts to achieve his dream.
Anotherperson, who does not have possibilities to possess and privatize business willnot even try to realize his ideas. Material wealth is a representation ofperson’s attitude to life, achievements, self-expression. For these reasonsright of ownership is one of the essential human rights. The LeastImportant Human Rights The right toEuthanasia Word euthanasia, translated from Greeceas a good death. We have a various different types of euthanasia.
As example itcan be active (introducing something tin order to cause death) to passive(withholding treatment and supportive remedy); voluntary (consent) toinvoluntary (consent from guardian), also physician assisted (here doctorprescribe the medicine drugs and patient or the third party decide themedication drugs in order to to cause death). The inquiry of the prematuretermination of life discusses a role of such practice in modern medical care. This discussion has co mplex and dynamic issues such as, ethical, legal, humanrights, religious, health, spiritual, economic, cultural and social aspects innowadays. The most convincing argument in favor of the doctor who has helpedsuicide or voluntary active euthanasia is the argument in favor of commissionof suicide in the conditions of democracy.
The fact that we have the right foreuthanasia, doesn’t mean that always (morally) the right to execute this right. In this paper, if we classify this issue to less important right. Political rightsPolitical rightsare one the most effective rights in order to make society progress. It allowspeople to express their will, to notice any drawbacks of a political structureof the society and to correct them. From historical prospective such rights didhave an effect only when big number of people were involved. But if we speakabout individual’s rights, such political rights do not represent any valuebecause they have certain meaning only in group or society in general.
To behonest, members of our group do not enjoy political rights due to itsineffectiveness. We don’t go any meetings, protests or vote for any ofpoliticians. For the reason of absence of factual necessity our group considerpolitical rights as one of the least effective rights for an individual. The right topropaganda of LGBTLGBT is thecommunity of the people with non-traditional orientation. LGBT abbreviation byitself stands for: Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transgenders. Not every statesupports the idea of propaganda of nontraditional sexual relationships and insome countries the support of the LGBT movement may be considered as unlawfulfor many reasons like for example children may be influenced by this movementbecause of their weak psychological protection.
Our group thinks that therights of the LGBT community are not violated because they have the same rightsas other people, so we think that the right to propaganda of LGBT isinsufficient. The right to choose religion Religion has played a reinforcing role in societythroughout the history of mankind.
Being practiced freely, religion establishesa moral scope for people to follow, which leads to tolerance of contradictoryviews and courtesy in civil society. Free expression of religion allows diversereligious organizations to exist within modern secular states, and canfacilitate ideological conflicts by altering shifting (unstable) societies intomodels of harmonious coexistence. Freedom of religion is one of the basicpersonal freedoms, including the right to profess any religion, individually orjointly with others, to freely choose, possess and disseminate religiousbeliefs and act in accordance with them. It is recognized by the constitutionsof even those countries where there is an institution of the state (official)religion.
