Graduate employability is of multi-dimensional nature.
It is acollection of skills and abilities that graduates can acquire to succeed inobtaining employment (Guilbert 2016)in (Chen, 2017) .Therefore students all over the world before their graduation shouldcarefully consider their career planning in order to comply with the demands ofthe industry(Wang& Tsai, 2014). Although educators have been trying to lessenthe gap between the skills possessed by the graduates and what industryrequires this has been a serious concern from the beginning as the world ischanging so rapidly and so are the requirements of the probable employers(Lim,2015).Few studies havedealt with the attributes for managingthe employability of graduates. Employabilityskills are important for students as well as for organizations(Wang& Tsai, 2014).Besides academic achievements there are other factorsthat matter and contribute towards the employability of graduates(Tomlinson& Tomlinson, 2017).Young generation of any country is consider asan asset so their employability hasalways been the influential topic for both political and economic debates(Schnell& Rodríguez, 2017).It is the area of prime focus as it plays a vital role in determining theeconomical condition of any country.
Higher educational institutes are beingpressurized for improving the quality of education. Their graduates ‘degreeprograms are measured against the employability rates of graduates and thelevel of employers’ satisfaction. This criteria for measuring the qualityframework of HE has brought a major change in curriculum as well as pedagogicalpractices(Schnell& Rodríguez, 2017).It is not just the qualification that effectsemployment but also the personality of graduates how they represent themselvesand tackle different situations. Also how they analyze things and used theircognitive abilities.
