phones, Western Europe close to 90%. Asian nations about 70%. China, like many
other things, is a mobile giant. It is assumed that it now has about 400
million mobile phone users. It is predicted that in a few years it could have
over 600 million users of mobile devices. It is estimated that mobile phone
users pay their operators nearly 50 billion dollars annually. Obviously, the
mobile telephony industry is profitable. It is therefore understandable that
the world records $ 200 billion of investment in the third generation of mobile
telephony, which is designated as 3G. (Jelic, 2015)

The
first generation of 1G mobile networks originated in the early 1980s and was
analogous. It provided voice communication, and text transfer was possible with
a good modem. The second generation of 2G appeared ten years later and used
digital networks. Voice transmission was better, global roaming and supported
